Peter Luger steak house. Wow. This place deserves its own blog post. Everything here was phenomenal and certainly deserving of its “hype”. The porterhouse was cooked perfectly medium rare (next time, I will get it rare), the tomato/onion were a perfect match to the bacon.
I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of it, but the lamp chops were also good. (Maybe even on par with the steak?) The unexpected surprise was the pecan pie. If you read the post about my trip to Arizona you’ll know that I’m a sucker for pecan pie. The homemade cream was the perfect balance between sweet-but-not-too-sweet. Definitely save some room for dessert.
